FIRESIDE ROOM
Size: 1,975 sq ft
Capacity: 130 people
The Fireside Room at the Pasadena Elks Lodge is one of the most versatile spaces for intimate receptions, cocktail hours, parties, and events. Featuring a beautifully restored Checkering Model 116 Grand Piano circa 1897 and a functioning 118-year-old fireplace, this elegant space offers a perfect setting for a multitude of occasions. The room is furnished with living room-style seating, tables and chairs, a premium sound system, and an adjoining petite sitting room. It can be used as a stand-alone space or in conjunction with the Ballroom and Bar, to accommodate various event needs. Seating for up to 80 guests makes this warm and elegant room ideal for both intimate and large events.
BALLROOM BAR
Size: 1,053 sq ft
Capacity: 50 people
The newly refurbished Ballroom Bar is a luxurious new addition to the Lodge that seamlessly connects the Fireside Room to the Ballroom. The Ballroom Bar offers a relaxing environment to enjoy a favorite drink and watch a game, featuring an elegant marble bar, comfortable custom-made chairs, and two large-screen televisions. Beautiful French doors can be closed off to create an intimate space, ideal for smaller gatherings. The Ballroom Bar accommodates up to 50 people and can be used independently or in conjunction with either or both of its connecting rooms, the Fireside Room and Ballroom.
BALLROOM
Size: 3,215 sq ft
Capacity: 215 people
The Ballroom is an impressive space, perfect for receptions, parties, meetings, and ceremonies. This grand room includes an elevated stage with a premium sound system and audio/visual equipment. In addition to the gleaming hardwood floors, the vaulted ceilings are Spanish Colonial style with decorative wood carvings, elegant chandeliers, and beautifully restored original freeze work. Additionally, our Checkering Model 116 Grand Piano circa 1897 may be utilized in the Ballroom. This gorgeous space which accommodates 215 guests may be used as a stand-alone room or in conjunction with the Fireside Room and/or Ballroom Bar.
CORAL ROOM RESTAURANT & BAR
Size: 2,195 sq ft
Capacity: 147 people
Boasting the longest (and one of the oldest) bars in Pasadena, the Coral Room will transport you back to the 1960s. The space features 22 standard-sized dining tables, a small portable stage, a hardwood dance floor, and three large-screen televisions that make the space perfect for dinner parties, live music, watching sports, and making presentations. The Coral Room is supported by a full-service kitchen.
TROPHY ROOM
Size: 2,196 sq ft
Capacity: 147 people
This charming room has the feel of a vintage sports bar. Complete with a long bar, two large-screen televisions, and a variety of games including billiards, shuffleboard and pinball. There is also plenty of space for dancing which makes this room perfect for merriment. The Trophy Room accommodates 147 people or 80 people seated at tables.
GRAND MEETING ROOM
Size: 2,992 sq ft
Capacity: 250 people
The Grand Meeting Room is the heart of the Pasadena Elks Lodge and is one of the most stunning Elks meeting rooms in the country. The Grand Meeting Room was originally built in 1906. The room was refurbished in 1991, for the filming of “The Distinguished Gentleman” starring Eddie Murphy. An authentic 14-point trophy elk is proudly mounted at the base of the room’s balcony and above the entrance to the Grand Meeting Room. Four exquisite Victorian crystal chandeliers light the impressive space and are complemented by matching sconces throughout the room. The beautiful Grand Meeting Room has a capacity of 250 people and accommodates 142 people in theatre-style seats.
PARKING LOT
Capacity: 250 cars
Our spacious parking lot, located at the corner of Orange Grove Boulevard and Colorado Boulevard is recognized as “television corner” for the world-famous Pasadena Tournament of Roses parade. The immense lot easily accommodates 250 cars. Planning a car show or a food truck party? This is the perfect venue. The parking lot is also frequently used as a studio base camp, and for overflow parking for filming projects and nearby Rose Bowl events. The parking lot may be rented by the space or in its entirety depending on your needs. Complimentary parking is provided for all events held at the Pasadena Elks Lodge.
